ProBridge Talent uses the data necessary to operate accounts, publish opportunities, process requests, secure the platform and, when a recruitment assignment is entrusted to the agency, track the relevant applications.
Data processed
ProBridge Talent processes the information needed to operate the platform: employer identity and contact details, login and security data, opportunity content, contact messages, administration logs and any proof of payment submitted.
Purposes and access
This information is used to manage accounts, moderate listings, process requests, prevent abuse and track publications. Published opportunities and articles are public. Proofs of payment are stored in a non-public area accessible only to authorized administrators. Data is not sold.
Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Technical measures limit access, automated attempts and exposure of sensitive files. No online service can guarantee zero risk, so please report any anomaly promptly using the contact below.
Applications and talent pool
When a recruitment assignment managed by ProBridge Talent includes an application or profile in the platform, we process the candidate’s information, CV, application message, relevant job and tracking history in order to administer the recruitment. These elements are not public. They are accessible to authorized ProBridge Talent team members and, when a profile is explicitly shared as part of a recruitment, to the relevant employer.

Audience measurement — Google Analytics
With your permission, ProBridge Talent uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and selected useful interactions, such as viewing a job, searching opportunities, applying, submitting a contact request or changing language. The Analytics tag is loaded only after your choice. Our implementation does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, CVs or message content to Google Analytics.
You can decline measurement or change your choice at any time using the “Analytics preferences” link in the site footer.
Web Push notifications
If you choose to enable notifications, ProBridge Talent stores a technical Firebase installation identifier, your language, selected opportunity categories and the last synchronization date. This information is used only to send the notifications you requested. It does not contain your name, email address or application content.
You can disable notifications at any time using the “Notifications” link in the site footer or your browser settings. ProBridge Talent uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver these notifications.
External application channels
When a listing directs you to an employer’s email, website, WhatsApp number or physical address, the information you send directly to that employer is also subject to its own privacy rules and practices.
Google AdSense advertising
When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use measurement and advertising technologies in accordance with their own policies. Applicable consent mechanisms must be shown to relevant visitors before features requiring consent are activated.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable retention obligations.
