Prior review
Every submitted opportunity remains pending review. It becomes visible only after its content has been checked and, where publication fees apply, payment has been confirmed.
Accepted publication types
ProBridge Talent may publish jobs, internships, scholarships, tenders, consultancies or services, competitions, training, volunteering, programmes and other calls for applications. The selected category must match the actual content of the publication.
Scope of the publishing service
Publication fees cover distribution and editorial review of the opportunity. For a job, internship or consultancy, they do not automatically include candidate sourcing, CV screening, preselection, interviews, reference checks or shortlisting. These services are part of a separate recruitment assignment agreed with ProBridge Talent.
The person or organization publishing must provide a deadline and an official application, participation or submission channel: email, external link, WhatsApp number or physical address. Under simple publishing, ProBridge Talent is not required to receive or review applications on behalf of the organization.
Organization identity and confidentiality
The organization’s real name is required for internal review. For recruitment-related publications, confidential mode may be available to hide the employer name, logo, website and description from public view. ProBridge Talent may request additional information to verify the identity or legitimacy of the publisher.
Publisher responsibility
The publisher guarantees that the information provided is accurate, lawful, up to date and relates to a genuine opportunity. The publisher must have the right to publish the submitted name, logo, documents, links and contact details. ProBridge Talent may refuse, correct, suspend or remove any fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, expired, already closed or non-compliant publication.
Payment and proof
Any applicable fee and currency are shown before proof is submitted. An unreadable, inconsistent or previously used proof may be rejected and a new proof requested. Questions about payment errors must be sent to the contact shown on the website with the publication reference.
Duration, changes and withdrawal
Approved opportunities remain published until the stated deadline, subject to ProBridge Talent review. A substantial change to an already published listing may send it back for review before reactivation. The publisher must promptly report any opportunity that is closed, awarded, cancelled or no longer available.
Service limitations
ProBridge Talent reviews editorial consistency and the essential information available, but does not guarantee the award of a contract, receipt of a scholarship, a volume of applications, a recruitment outcome, or search-engine indexing or ranking. The final decision remains with the relevant organization.
